#Netflix is acquiring #WarnerBros. Discovery's film and TV studios, along with HBO and HBO Max, in a massive $72 billion deal. The more interest rates go down, the more deals like this will get announced. This is a combination of various iconic franchises. There’s no doubt A.I. played a role in this deal because this is a capital-intensive business that is evolving and chasing efficiency (cost reduction). The question is, will this deal get approval from the U.S Gov’t?
