This signifies companies may not be hiring new workers but they also are not firing.

🇺🇸 In the week ending December 20th, Initial Jobless Claims in the United States decreased by 10,000 from last week to 214,000. The 214k number was below expectations of 223,000. This shows a resillent job market with not much hiring but yet not much firing.
