#GoreClips When yesterday morning’s news hit that Paramount just put in for a Hostile Takeover of Warner Bros., this is the visual that came to my mind‼️ #Deebo the wedding/acquisition. 🤣

Following #WarnerBros. Discovery’s (WBD) $72 billion deal with #Netflix last Friday, Paramount (Skydance) launched a dramatic hostile takeover bid yesterday. #Paramount is offering a superior all-cash proposal, valued at $108.4 billion, directly to WBD shareholders. This unsolicited offer is for the entire WBD company, including its cable networks, unlike the Netflix deal which targets only the studio and streaming assets. Paramount's aggressive move challenges the WBD board's recommendation of the Netflix offer. Paramount offered a better deal months ago and Warner Bros. ignored the offer. Politics, on both sides, will play a major role in what ultimately happens.
