Walmart Beats on Revenue and Earnings but is cautious on Consumer Spending for 2026.

In Earnings Reports, there can be 2 sides, the good and not so much bad but cautious. Both sides are depicted in the video below. 👍🏾

WALMART Q4 EARNINGS

  • Adjusted EPS: $0.74 vs Est. $0.73 ✔️

  • U.S. e-commerce Sales: Up 27% YoY ✔️

  • Global e-Commerce Sales: Up 24%YoY ✔️

  • U.S. Comp Sales: 4.6% vs Est. 4.3% ✔️

FY2027 GUIDANCE

  • Net Sales Growth: 3.5%–4.5% vs Est. 3.4% (Lower-End)

  • Adjusted EPS: $2.75–$2.85 vs Est. $2.70 (Lower-End)

Walmart just beat on Revenue and Earnings. They exceeded expectations on Full-Year guidance, although Wall Street was initially disappointed and looking for more growth. While the tech world is obsessed with chips, Walmart is quietly becoming a digital powerhouse. With that said, Wal-Mart is still remaining cautious on the economy and consumer spending going forward. #WalMart #Target #Costco #Retail #Groceries #DisposableIncome #MacroEconomy #Inflation #ConsumerSpending #SamsClub #LawandOrder #GoreClips
