Somebody you know is going through this. A bit of a different Flex for #GoreClips but this is just as important, if not, MORE important than any Earnings Report, Merger, or Animated Strategic Alliance clip I’ve made.

I’ve seen this scenario play out for a handful of my peers. It’s Real. We all go through career disappointment. A rough patch is what it’s called. It happens to ALL OF US! The question is, what’s going on during that rough period?

This isn’t just applicable to new college graduates. Older workers are at risk. With a competitive job market that is becoming more automated by the day and what seems like less human hiring, these are issues that we will need to pay attention to. Check-in on your people.
